Özgür Boran Özdel (Associate) specialized in data protection, corporate law, employment law, and dispute resolution. He regularly advises local and multinational clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, regulatory requirements and contractual matters, including drafting corporate documents. Özgür also represents clients in employment and commercial disputes and advise on dispute resolution processes.

In addition to Turkish, he is fluent in English.
